UK bookings are subject to a £3.50 GBP booking fee, rest of the world £5.00 GBP booking fee. This booking fee may be displayed as 'Shipping' on the order confirmation, but it includes processing, printing and other costs associated with creating your ticket.

​

When you place an order, please allow 14 days for our team to process and send the tickets to you. Especially when the tickets first go on sale, there is a high volume of orders to get through, so keep this in mind before chasing up the bookings secretary.

Parking – There is no street parking in Braemar.  The Gathering organisers arrange for free parking,  5 – 10 minutes walk from the arena (a free shuttle bus for the elderly and infirm runs from the main car park throughout the day).

​

Dogs - No dogs are allowed in the games park except disability dogs. Please do not leave dogs in vehicles.

​

Braemar Caravan park (013397 41373) are looking to open more spaces down by the castle. If you wish to discuss details with them, please give them a phone as our bookings secretary will not have all the information.
